NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Please take notice that a public hearing will be held by the Zoning
Board of Appeals of the Town of Middlesex at the Town Hall in Middlesex, New
York on April 3, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. To hear all interested parties for or
against the following matter: Applicant O'Connor/O'Connell are requesting an
Area Variance for a side setback on the north side of residence for the purpose
of an addition to the home located at 1492 South Lake Road, Town of Middlesex,
Parcel ID # 31.03-1-2. The application is available for review at the Code
Enforcement office.

Town of Middlesex Steep Slope Laws Update
The Planning Board and the
Town Board are currently in the process of reviewing and editing drafts
of current town Steep Slope Laws to
reflect necessary upgrades to regulate all potential impact of development
in managing stormwater runoff, erosion control and water quality as it pertains to streams and our lake.
