interested parties for or against the following matters: John and Tina
Hullings 5144 Sunflower Road are requesting a variance for front yard
setback current Zoning Requires 100 feet applicant is requesting 57 feet
from the center of the road.

STANDARD WORK DAY
BE IT RESOLVED that the
Town Board of the Town of Middlesex be and hereby establishes the following as a
standard work day for all elected and appointed employees for the purpose of
determining days worked reportable to the New York State and Local Employee’s
Retirement System: Five day work week and Eight hour day.

Town of Middlesex Steep Slope Laws Update
The Planning Board and the

reflect necessary upgrades to regulate all potential impact of development
in managing stormwater runoff, erosion control and water quality as it pertains to streams and our lake.
