NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

          Please take notice that a public hearing will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Middlesex at the Town Hall in Middlesex, New York on April 3, 2012 at 7:00 p.m.  To hear all interested parties for or against the following matter:  Applicant O'Connor/O'Connell are requesting an Area Variance for  a side setback on the north side of residence for the purpose of an addition  to the home located at 1492 South Lake Road, Town of Middlesex, Parcel ID # 31.03-1-2.  The application is available for review at the Code Enforcement office.
